OUR STORY
A young man from Romblon tried his hand in the baking business by starting out as a helper cleaning utensils of an established bakery of a certain progressive town. Backed by the eagerness to rise above the level, the young man learned how to measure, knead, and time the dough for it to become the edible bread delivered to the waiting customers . From one humble beginnings to establishing his own, Al Toppers come to fruition. A generation later, an attempt to continue the legacy is born. This attempt is done in the then young man's honor.
